Subject: New J35 Owner

I just am closing the deal on a 1990 J/35 in Maine - don't even know the hull # yet.  It looks like the few 35's that there are up here are sailing PHRF.  I am looking for a light/med #1 and #3, and a 0.5oz spinnaker, used but in reasonable condition.  Anyone out there have any sails they would like to part from?  Mark

Welcome to the class. It is nice to see that the 'old boats' are still generating excitement. No sails to offer, but I encourage you to keep asking.

Mark we have a slightly use #3 North sail that s in very good shape I would rate it as a 8 out of 10. I also have a 3DL Lt/Med thats 5 years old that has not been used in 2 years its still a very powerful deep sail that would work very well in a PHRF fleet. As far as the chutes go we have older but seldom used .60 Doyle poly. We have have other misc J-35 sails, hardware, and instruments brand new KVH readouts and junction box never been used (810)985-3511

Mark,

I hope your purchase went smoothly and you have been prepping for the 2008 sailing season. As the class treasurer I maintain the class database and have great interest keeping it current. Could you please complete the attached and return to me even if you decide not to join as a dues paying member.

Also information as to who the previous owner will also help me to remove past owners from database.
