First I would like to thank the individuals who maintain the J35 class site. I am new to the class and have found it to be very helpful. My J has KVH Quadro instruments and although I am happy with the system it seems there is a shortage of replacement parts. I was wondering if anyone on here knew of a source for them. A mast mount Maxi display is my first priority but I would be interested in all parts for spares. Any information would be greatly appreciated, Jeff Roney Hull 214

Jeff, Welcome to the class. I’m the class treasure and as such one of my duties is to maintain the class database. I assume you purchased the boat know as Dreamer. If you could send me your email address I will send you a form to complete so I can update Hull 214 information to help keep you and the database current. We have a KVH sailcomp, junction box which is brand new, and a read out which has been used for five months. Along with and older compass Bill Vogan (810)9853511

Robert, do you have the mount for the display or the display itself? I am looking for one kvh maxi display, it is the jumbo type that usually mounts on the mast. Thanks

Jeff, I have just the mast-mount bracket for the display. When we discovered that the OCKAMs took up all the room between the goose-neck and the vang, I surface mounted the display back in the cockpit. Got your voicemail and I am digging through the old parts boxes for the mount now. Very busy right now... Robert
